What we collect, and why.

What we collect

• When you use the start form: your email, the repository link, whether it's public or private, any note you add, and the page you sent it from.
• When you sign in to your reports: your email address, and your name if your Google account provides it.
• When you pay: your billing details are handled by Stripe. We see your name, email and payment status, never your card number.
• When you subscribe: a private copy of your repository, the results of each run and your reports.
• When you email us: the email and anything in it.

Why we use it

To reply to you, run your previews and monthly reports, let you sign in to them, bill you, and keep the service secure. We don't use your information for advertising and we never sell it.

Who processes it for us

• GitHub: hosts the private copy of your repository and runs your tests.
• Anthropic: its Claude models read your code to write each month's bug list and the report, with training on our data switched off.
• Google: receives start-form submissions (a private spreadsheet and an email to us).
• WorkOS: handles sign-in to your reports.
• Render: hosts this website and the reports site, app.trenyx.io.
• Stripe: handles payments.

These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The reports site, app.trenyx.io, sets one cookie to keep you signed in, plus a short-lived one during Google sign-in. Neither is used for tracking.

How long we keep it

• Your code, results and reports: while you subscribe, then deleted within 30 days after you cancel, or sooner if you ask.
• Start-form submissions and emails: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Billing records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email sk@trenyx.io and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and email subscribers.
